Renovation is right on schedule!!! Flooring , Kitchens and Bathrooms are in-stock waiting and ready to be installed next.

The property has 5 bedrooms, Three upstairs and Two in the walk out lower level with beautiful lake front views. We also have Two Queen size pull out memory foam mattresses in the lower walk out level for extra beds.
All Furniture, Beds and Bedding will be brand new purchased in April 2022.
The waterfront has some beach / sandy areas mixed with rocky shoreline and has a gorgeous lakefront firepit for all guests to relax and enjoy.
The water is 15 ft deep off of the dock to enjoy the jump and dive into Moira Lake. The waterfront area off the dock is very safe for kids to swim and families to enjoy our water toys.

Check out Dino’s Pizzeria for the Best Pizza in town, the FireHall Restaurant for a nice meal beside a stunning riverside, or the Hidden Golden Bakery for great homemade baked goodies.
The Village has built a beautiful Playground for children of all ages as well as a Bike and Skate park.
They also have a large Splash Pad for fun in the sun!!!
